A note on the "Golden Visa"
Spain abolished the Golden Visa on 3 April 2025. Buying property no longer grants any residency right — for new applicants, that route is closed. Be cautious of anyone who tells you otherwise. Every route we advise on requires a genuine basis to live in Spain, honestly assessed.
